Specific operating instructions:

Due to the repeated use of the mesh frame, residual adhesive, mesh, and other debris around the mesh frame must be removed thoroughly to avoid affecting the adhesion between the mesh and the frame

Place the mesh frame on the platform (horizontal) to check for deformation. If there is any deformation, it needs to be leveled

After cleaning, apply a thin and uniform layer of Nanbaoquan grease (without adding hardener) to the interface between the undeformed mesh frame and the mesh frame to enhance the adhesion between the mesh frame and the mesh frame after stretching

After about 10 minutes of applying glue for the first time, place the mesh frame on the pulling platform and adjust its relative position and height

Select the mesh, loosen the surrounding clips, lay the mesh flat on the frame, and then evenly clip the mesh into the clip mouth without wrinkles. Pay attention to the loose mesh at the four corners, and the clip mouth must be locked tightly. There should be no gap between the clip and the clip (for example, automatic lifting and manual mesh pulling)

Pull the net: the first tension is 26, and the tension is 24 after standing for 5 minutes; The second tension is 28, let it stand for 5 minutes, and the tension is 26; The third tension is 32, and the tension is 30 after standing for 5 minutes; Adjust the tension at 5 points for the fourth time to 32, and let it stand for 20 minutes before applying the adhesive with a tension of 30; After 15 minutes of adhesive curing, the mesh tension is 28, and it can be left to stand for 72 hours before making a mesh plate (in one meter) × Taking the use of screen printing as an example for a one meter fully automated production line.

Use a small brush to evenly brush the prepared adhesive onto the top of the interface between the mesh frame and the mesh. Do not drop the adhesive into the middle of the screen. After 8 minutes of drying, use a scraper adhesive to press and stick the incomplete area on the adhesive surface for about 10 minutes. The adhesive should be thoroughly dried (open air blowing should be used to strengthen drying) before it can be removed from the screen

Remove the excess mesh around the screen and indicate on the frame of the screen, the date, mesh size, and tension when lowering the screen (to observe changes in tension). In order to prevent the infiltration of white water, seal the inner corners of the screen with red glue, and then use waterproof tape to seal above the interface between the screen frame and the mesh to prevent the infiltration of medicine.
