What are the types of conductive carbon ink?

Time:2023-07-11Views:

Gold powder: Stable chemical properties and good conductive performance, but expensive, usefulness is limited to thick membrane integrated circuits.

Silver conductive ink: a large number of conductive printing for thin film switch. When the printing material is polyester, the silver powder can be dispersed into the polyester resin connected to the feed, and a paste -like conductive ink can be made. When the ink film is not dry, the resistance value increases, it is best to dry it with a distant infrared dryer at 120 ~ 130 ℃.

Copper: It is cheaper than silver, but there are disadvantages of oxidation. Now use copper powder that is anti -oxidized, and the circuit printed with this ink is not easy to be oxidized, but the disadvantage is that once high temperature treatment, the anti -oxidation effect will be lost.

Carbon -based conductive ink: The fillers used in carbon -based conductive inks include conductive grooves black, acetylene black, furnace carbon black and graphite, etc. The resistance position changes with the type. Most of them are used for thin film switching and printing resistors. The former is mostly printed on the polyester substrate. Therefore, it is the same as the silver -conductive ink.
