The substrate is generally classified based on the insulation part of the substrate, and common raw materials are electric wooden boards, fiberglass boards, and various types of plastic boards. PCB manufacturers generally use an insulation component composed of fiberglass, non-woven materials, and resin, which is then pressed into a "prepreg" using epoxy resin and copper foil.
