FPC board, also known as soft board, flexible board, or flexible circuit board, is a highly reliable and excellent flexible printed circuit board made of flexible insulation substrate (commonly used polyimide or polyester film).

To produce a high-quality FPC flexible circuit board, there must be a complete and reasonable production process, from pre production processing to final shipment, every procedure must be strictly executed. In the production process, in order to prevent too many short circuits from causing low yield or reducing process issues such as drilling, rolling, and cutting, FPC board scrap and replenishment problems, and evaluate how to select materials to achieve the best effect for customer use of flexible circuit boards.

FPC double-sided circuit board production process:

Material cutting → drilling → PTH → electroplating → pre-treatment → dry film application → alignment → exposure → development → graphic electroplating → film removal → pre-treatment → dry film application → alignment exposure → development → etching → film removal → surface treatment → covering film application → pressing → curing → nickel deposition → printing characters → cutting → electrical testing → punching → final inspection → packaging → shipment

The final inspection and testing of FPC requires the use of a fragment microneedle module, which plays a role in transmitting current and signals, providing a stable connection for FPC testing. In high current testing, it can withstand a current of 50A, with a minimum value of 0.15mm in small spacing. It has a reliable response plan, high adaptability, and good performance.
