Black hole process
is an important step in the production process of FPC, so what exactly is black hole process?
Black hole direct electroplating technology is a new process that replaces chemical copper plating. It uses a black solution composed of fine carbon black or graphite with extremely strong conductivity, collectively known as black hole solution, with the English name Blackhole. Its characteristic is to simplify the process of metallizing holes, save labor hours, reduce material consumption, and effectively control the discharge of wastewater, with high stability.
The process flow includes important processes such as whole hole cleaner - two black hole treatments - micro etching - hot baking hardening - and oxidation resistance.
The process and principle are explained as follows:
Black hole cleaning treatment - rinsing - first black hole treatment tank - drying - rinsing - black hole adjustment treatment - rinsing - second black hole treatment tank - heating drying - micro etching - rinsing - antioxidant treatment - rinsing - drying
FPC issues
1. Problem: There is too much foam in the whole hole cleaner
Reason:
(1) Excessive discharge of tank liquid
(2) Insufficient washing
(3) Tank liquid concentration too high
Solution:
(1) A. For vertical production lines, the washing time should be increased
B. For horizontal production lines, it is advisable to reduce the speed.
(2) Check if the washing water flows into the washing tank, and increase the water flow rate. Depending on the process requirements, the washing time and temperature can be increased.
(3) Check whether the preparation is carried out according to the process requirements.
2. Problem: There is turbidity in the cleaning solution of the entire hole cleaner tank
Reason:
(1) Tank liquid temperature too high
(2) Many whole pore cleaners are unable to chelate with calcium ions in hard water
Solution:
(1) Check if the temperature of the tank liquid is within the process range.
(2) Prepare the tank solution with deionized water and subsequent replenishment.
