a. Prepare TPX release film, steel plate, and silicone before production, and clean the surface dust, debris, etc. of the steel plate, silicone, and release film with a dust-free cloth or paper.

b. Open the size of the release film (500m * 500m) and place it in the stacking area for future use. For each cycle of soft board stacking, 400 steel plates need to be reserved to ensure continuous production without material breakage.

c. When stacking operations, gloves should be worn with both hands or finger cots should be worn with 5 fingers. It is strictly prohibited to touch the soft board with bare hands.

d. When stacking, first place the steel plate silicone release film FPC release film silicone steel plate. Always stack 10 layers according to this (except for special requirements), and the number of FPCs placed in each layer is determined by the size of each 1PNL board (the distance between the board and the four sides of the silicone should be maintained at least 7cm). When placing the board, the FPCs should be placed in the center of the silicone as much as possible, and the spacing between each board should be 2cm. The thickness of FPCs placed in each layer should be consistent (for example, single panels cannot be mixed with multi-layer boards), and each opening should be kept, The graphics for placing FPC on each layer should be the same, and the position and order of the graphics should be roughly the same. When placing, the FPC coating or reinforcement surface should be facing upwards. The release film should be flat and cover the soft board without wrinkles or folding. After the operation is completed, the stacked FPC should be placed flat on the conveyor belt and sent to the next process.
