1. Mobile power circuit boards: These types of circuit boards are usually double-sided or four layer boards, with normal copper thickness, simple circuit design, and surface treatment processes mostly based on tin spraying.

2. Switching power supply circuit boards: Most of these circuit boards are double-sided, with a copper hole requirement of 25um or more. The circuit design is wide, with a larger aperture, and the process is mostly based on tin spraying or gold deposition.

3. LED power PCB board: This type of circuit board uses an aluminum substrate, which has better heat dissipation effect. The board thickness is mostly 1.6 or 2.0mm, and the holes are designed with a 45 ° conical shape. During manufacturing, deep washing is required.

4. Monitoring power supply circuit board: Due to the small size of the product, there are many layers of weight, and the circuit design is relatively dense, with a board thickness between 0.8 and 1.5.

5. High frequency power circuit board: Most of these types of circuit boards have fewer than 6 layers, with a board thickness requirement of 2.4-3.0. The hole copper needs to be greater than 25um, and the copper foil thickness can reach 3oz-4oz. The copper thickness requirement for circuit boards is particularly strict.
