Aluminum substrate manufacturers' inspection and packaging requirements for aluminum substrates

Time:2024-09-02Views:

Aluminum-based circuit boards are copper-clad circuit boards with aluminum as the base material. Because the aluminum-based material is soft, the metal surface is easily scratched. Appearance packaging inspection is strictly required to ensure the appearance of customers.

In the production process of a small number of aluminum substrate PCB boards (including sample production), most of the shapes are made of gongs. Due to the softness, local forces will cause bending or warping, and the metal wire burrs from the gongs will be produced on the surface of the aluminum substrate. Scratches, scratch the surface of the circuit board, make the appearance bad. In response to the above two frequently occurring problems, employees should stick a surface protective film before the gongs to prevent scratches on the surface of the circuit board. After the gong board, do rolling correction to ensure the flatness of the board. In addition, there are some requirements: the delamination, cracks and burrs of the aluminum substrate must be strictly prevented in the appearance inspection, and the burrs must be strictly polished. There should be no blistering or pitting of the ink. At the same time, the protective film should be removed before packaging to ensure the clarity of the pads.

The packaging process is vacuum packaging, and the top and bottom of each package should be fixed with cardboard to prevent distortion during transportation.
